These are the days...

Have you ever had those days? This is how I feel most days now since we have moved to Greenville. No, everything isn't perfect, but it is pretty great. This place is awesome. If you haven't been to visit us yet..you need to get up here!!!

If you know what Josh and I went through last year with our job situations, you know it wasn't good. It wasn't even ok. It was terrible! Oh my goodness..I was seriously struggling, and I am so glad the Lord gave me the strength to go to work everyday. This year, it is like the polar opposite. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my job and my sweet little 7th graders. Don't get me wrong, they're still crazy, but they make me smile every single day. I am so thankful for the experience that I had last year so that I can truly appreciate my job this year! All the people I work with are so positive and uplifting, and I love being in such an encouraging environment. I do miss a few of my old coworkers and students from Macon, but I think they should just move HERE! Josh is loving his job too..just in case you were wondering! We are two happy workers :)

We love our little house in Greenville. We are just a mile or so from downtown so it's just a short bike ride away. It's in a really cute and safe family-oriented neighborhood which is great. We go biking all the time on the trails or take Bruner on runs through our little hood. Downtown Greenville is such a cool city. It's really outdoorsy, and there is always something going on. It has been so much fun checking out all the neat restaurants and parks. It really is the PERFECT city for us. Now if we can just convince all our friends and family to move here!

In other news, we joined a church called NewSpring which we also LOVE! It is similar to the church my parents attend in Gwinnett, 12 Stone, and we feel right at home. The Lord has already introduced us to some amazing people, and we are excited to see what he has planned for us while we're here.

Bruner is loving Greenville too. He hasn't really made any friends or anything, but I still get the feeling he likes it better than Macon!
